While the interface is nice, I couldnt get the app to work.
Ive been using Authorize.net to process my credit cards at my business for almost 2 years now, so according to their website, set up should be a breeze. It seemed to be, but I got an error that their support people hadnt seen before, even after going through the setup twice checking for every possible data entry error. After a few emails back and forth, with them suggesting that I should call Authorize.net when it was their app thats giving the error, I gave up. Id like my $20 back, but Im afraid it will take much more than $20s worth of time to get it after the no-support effort.
When you have business partners (which they appear to be with Authorize.net), you have to be able to solve problems, not shift the blame to each other.
